Jonathan Sherman is a Digital Success Specialist at the World Economic Forum who focuses on driving adoption of the Forum’s digital tools and products through Change Management and Customer Experience (CX) optimization. Prior to the Forum, Jonathan was a Senior Business Analyst in the entertainment industry that focused on digital success, change management, and customer relationship management. Jonathan earned his bachelors in International Affairs from American University and is finalizing his masters in IT at Georgetown University.
Jonathan brings 10 years of experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, and business intelligence for government and commercial customers from consulting firms such as Deloitte, Booz Allen, and ICF International. Jonathan’s counsel to senior U.S. Government leadership has led to the implementation of several key initiatives including the ConsularOne Application for the U.S. State Department, the JEDI Cloud Computing contract for DoD, and the renewal of the government security clearance process for the FBI. Jonathan is an avid musician and co-founded Deloitte’s Music Industry practice, growing the practice to 700+ practitioners across 10 countries and 20+ accounts that has generated $10+ million in revenue.
