The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation who engages the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. As a Digital Success Specialist, I focus on driving adoption of the Forum’s digital tools and products through Change Management and Training/Onboarding. This includes being subject matter expert for the Forum’s web-hosting platform “Forum Spaces” and supporting constituents on Singles Session Meetings. I also am a trusted Digital Success Partner for Centre teams and initiatives/communities, and support change management activities (planning, communication, training) for the Forum’s web platforms. Since June 2023, I’ve migrated over 335 initiatives from legacy project record to initiative/community record platforms within Salesforce and have either lead or participated in 20+ Design and Discovery Calls for initiative websites. Furthermore, I also helped to coordinate a brown bag event to promote recent changes to the Forum’s digital tools as part of the ONE Digital Forum initiative.

At Deloitte, Jonathan co-found and led the firm’s Music Industry Practice, growing the practice to 300+ practitioners across 12+ client accounts globally. Jonathan also published reports and on topics pertinent to the music industry, and advised clients on matters such as royalty operations, digital rights management, database management, music publishing, and music streaming. Jonathan led a team that built an AI platform to capture fan data that powered Digital-Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising for AEG Worldwide at SoFi Stadium, and also provided business intelligence and data warehousing solutions to national security clients within the U.S. Government. Finally, Jonathan led the creation of Ginnie Mae’s IT Modernization Strategy and helped the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) optimize the patent filing process through the design and implementation of a machine-learning based wizard that yielded more than $50 million in revenue for the firm.

While at Booz Allen, Jonathan audited the policies and procedures for $4 billion+ in Fourth Estate Agency IT expenditures for the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) CIO and maintained data for 4000+ data centers in DoD’s data center management system to advise on potential FITARA closures. Jonathan also built configuration video tutorials on how to install new mobile app updates for iOS and Android users and drafted Service Desk instructions to install new mobile apps on 30,000+ devices for the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Unclassified Mobility Program. Furthermore, Jonathan tested DISA’s Data System Assessment Tool (DSAT) for the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) cyber compliance and crafted social media posts on mobile device management for DISA’s Twitter account.

Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) founded in 2002 and headquartered in Washington, DC. As a Program Manager for the Office of Legislative Affairs (OASD-LA) in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), I achieved legislative documents and testimonies, coordinated staff time and attendance reports, liaised with corporate management and DoD executives on contractual disputes, as well as wrote due diligence reports on the positions of 535 Members of Congress to pending legislation. I also collaborated with SharePoint engineers to test and deploy a tracking system for congressional travel, and maintained a database of over 13,000 engagements, correspondence, and travel with congressional staffers that were meticulously collected and analyzed via congressional correspondence. Furthermore, I tracked and assigned over 2,500 letters sent to DoD by Members of Congress and facilitated the digital transmission of 2,500+ letters sent to DoD by 500+ Members of Congress.

As a Research Technician for the Office of Consular Technology (CST) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs, I audited contractor billing practices to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) standards, built Microsoft Access databases to track the distribution of office space and calculate travel expenses for government employees, and reviewed memos for the State Department’s consular technologies to facilitate bureau milestones for the ConsularOne software application.

As a Temporary Data Analyst, Jonathan audited databases of congressional contacts for a coalition looking to reinstate trade benefits, categorized import/export data for agency, embassy, and trade association clients, and wrote business intelligence reports on companies looking to reduce costs incurred by tariffs. Jonathan also managed the company’s social media pages, produced profit and loss (P&L) statements on export receipts, and published HTML content to the company's website using Adobe Dreamweaver.

Senior Analyst, Publisher Rights Management

SoundExchange (SX) provides royalty solutions for sound recordings and publishing, collecting, and distributing digital performance royalties on behalf of over 245,000 recording artists’ and master rights owners’ accounts. While at SX, Jonathan compares the royalties received from a publishing client’s reports of usage against their performance activity and conducts user testing on software to provide ownership information for unclaimed and unmatched works. Jonathan also ensures that publishing rights data complies with industry standards such as Common Works Registration (CWR) and Digital Data Exchange (DDEX) and leads the migration of the matching and linking data for 59+ million works to an Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) environment. Lastly, Jonathan manages the business intelligence reporting for quarterly assessments of department Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with the Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency (CMRRA) and validates scoring methodologies for matching songwriting information to sound recording data.

UNRWA provides social, economic, and education support for over 5.2 million Palestinian refugees. At UNRWA, Jonathan advised on legal matters, pitched content for the social media , and crafted talking points on complying with international development regulations.

The Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs leads U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East and North Africa.
