Started Return Records, which is pop-centric record label from Washington, DC distributed through The Orchard, a Sony Music Entertainment company. As CEO and Founder, Jonathan enabled the label to be a true talent development engine for releasing and monetizing the Indie Artist by giving undiscovered talent the tools and resources necessary to monetize their works on their way up through our "full-service label" model.

As a Label Manager for FVYDID Records in Las Vegas, Jonathan led the label's distribution strategy and served as a mediator for negotiations with potential vendors. He also coordinated national tour bookings, which included travel, food, and performance logistics for the label's EDM and Hip-Hop artists in target markets and drafted and negotiated the label's distribution and publishing contracts for track releases with established and prospective artists and management teams.
